近年來隨著無線網路迅速普及,智慧型手機使用者也已成長到一定規模,傳統上使用實體票 券的消費行為逐漸轉移到網路上使用電子票券交易。電子票券被服務業廣泛地應用在行銷策略 上,例如電子折價券、兌換券等。隨著行銷方式的數位化與網路化,讓電子票券成為新興的行銷 工具。網際網路的互動性更能讓業者進一步分析電子票券的使用率、回應率,來執行更精準的行 銷行為。
本文提出了一個可擴充的電子票券系統的彈性架構,提供各種不同的介面讓企業們以最合適 的方式界接到此系統上。電子票券也可以視為數位版的禮物,如同收到實體禮物一般,電子票券 接收者一樣也能享受收到禮物的愉悅心情。透過我們提供的服務跟API,讓企業更容易從無到有 建立起他們自己的電子票券發送系統,包含商品的展示、購買、電子禮物發送,轉移與兌換,藉 此達到精準行銷跟拓展客源的目的。

英文摘要

Because of the growth of wireless networking and mobile devices, more and more people buy and use e-ticket instead of real ticket. Mobile ticketing becomes widely-used promotion approach, like e-coupon, for marketing. E-coupon is not only a certificate of transaction but an innovative marketing tool. The operation log via the Internet also makes companies possible to analyze customers' behaviors including utility rate and feedback rate of mobile ticket to achieve precision marketing.
In this paper, we design a flexible framework called “Enterprise Customer Services System for Electronic Ticket” that allows a variety of companies to connect with the most suitable interface. Through the services, we also provide APIs to make it easier for companies to build their own electronic ticket delivery system. The system function contains display of goods, purchase of goods, sending electronic gifts, transfer and redemption of electronic gifts. With the system, precision marketing and customer expansion can be reached.
