由於智慧行動裝置大量普及，觀賞電視時同時使用行動裝置的使用者也逐漸增加，電視上也 越來越多的廣告指示著使用者上網取得更多的相關資訊，這表示著行動裝置與數位電視間的互動 需求增加。因此本研究提出基於DVB-C訊號的數位電視與行動裝置即時協同服務系統，透過從數 位電視服務供應商廣播訊號頭端，擴增DVB-C訊號對於行動裝置的服務描述，以DVB-C CA與服務 加密的安全方式傳遞訊息，提供數位電視事件的發佈與行動裝置上的接收機制、服務管理框架以及第三方應用程式的存取控制。

Smart phones are now widely spreading in the world. Users that using mobile phone while watching TV increases significantly. There are more and more advertisements which give user the instructions to acquire more information or join activity on their website. The phenomenon points out the need of interaction between smart phone and digital TV. The research introduces the real time cooperative service system based on DVB-C protocol. The topics covers providing a service registration platform for advertiser or cooperative service provider, extending the DVB-C protocol with interactive service descriptions at the DVB-C front end for service operator with DVB conditional access and service message encryption mechanism, event publish and subscription between smart phone and smart TV, automatic service management framework and third party application access control.
