本研究旨在探討台南市國中生學習動機。研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,並以台南市七至八年級國中學生為研究對象,回收之有效樣本940份。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、事後比較等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結論如下:一、學習動機可分成學習價值與目標、期望成功、自我效能等三個主要層面。二、台南市國中生整體學習動機、期望成功層面和學習價值與目標層面之現況為佳,但自我效能層面現況為略差。三、台南市國中生學習動機的現況,因不同父母親教育程度差異較大,不同年級、家中排行、學校所在地之差異不大,不同性別、學校規模則無差異。根據研究結果對學校、教育行政機關提出建議,以作為參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to explore learning motivation of junior high school students in Tainan city. The measurements applied in this study included learning motivation scale. The participants consisted of the seventh and eighth graders in Tainan city. A total of 940 effective samples were collected. The obtained data was analyzed with statistics methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANONA. The results of this study were summerized as follows: 1. Learning motivation has mainly three components: value and goal of learning, expectancy for success, self-efficacy 2. The overall status of learning motivation of Tainan City junior high school students is good; expectancy for success level and value and goal of learning level of the current situation are good, but the current situation of self-efficacy is slightly bad. 3. The learning motivation status of Tainan City junior high school students varies with the parental education level. There is less influence in different grades, home ranking, and the location of school. But there is no difference in different gender and school size. According to the conclusions, suggestions for schools, the educational administration were proposed.
