十二年國民義務教育強調各領域課程融入戶外教育,學習場域也擴大至教室外的戶外場域(教育部,2014)。在多元、跨界的現今社會,學習不再只是課堂上的求取學問,在網路世代,社會講求多元、便利與舒適,年輕人的休閒機會雖然多樣化,但是也容易沉迷在網路的線上遊戲與網路社交(張俊彥、湯幸芬,2007)。面對從小接觸網路學習的e世代學生而言,如何自律及如何在網路線上學習跟遊戲之間取得平衡,是當今父母及學校教育重視的隱憂。教育,決定一個國家的人民素養及格局。需要以自律、思辨、清晰的視野,引導年輕世代成為具有思辨能力的公民。教育政策在規劃前,都需要參考國際上各個國家的教育政策及發展方向,以多元思考、規劃符合每一國家學生的學習條件、狀況及時間分配,並能適時地結合國際時勢、培養國人基本素養,所以需要考量每個國家的教育環境、現行的教育學制情形、生活背景、風土民情與強調學生學習自我意識的平衡。如此,經過完整的規劃,並考量各國先天、後天條件進而才能擘劃出完善的教育政策。

英文摘要

The Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education emphasizes the integration of outdoor education into various domains, and defines learning take places outside the Classroom (Ministry of Education, 2014). In today's diverse and cross-discipline society, learning is not just about acquiring knowledge in the classroom. Especially in e-generation society, people emphasize diversity, convenience and comfort. Although young people have various leisure opportunities, they are also prone to indulging in online entertainment, online games and social networking (Zhang and Tang, 2007). For e-generation students who have been exposed to online learning since childhood, how to self-discipline and achieve a balance between online learning and games is a concern for parents and schools today. Education determines the quality and character of the people in a country. It is necessary to guide the young generation to become citizens with the ability to think with self-discipline, critical thinking, and a clear vision. Before planning an education policy, it is necessary to refer to the education policies and development directions of other countries in the world, and to use critical thinking and planning to meet the learning conditions and time allocation of students in each country. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the educational environment of each country, the current educational system, life background, local customs, and the balance of emphasizing students' self-awareness in learning. In this way, only after a complete and holistic planning process can a sound education policy be formulated.
