本研究目的旨在調查永仁高中學生運動參與情形,以做為學校或教師未來活動或課程參考。本研究調查對象為永仁高中438位學生,平均年齡13.54歲。研究調查工具為永仁高中學生運動參與問卷,相關資料以敘述性統計進行處理分析。研究結果發現:大多數永仁高中學生沒有參加運動性社團、班上運動代表隊及學校運動代表隊,而學生運動參與各變項最多的:每週運動天數為2天,每次運動時間為31-60分鐘,每次運動強度為有點累,運動參與方式為體育課,運動參與時段為下午5-7點,運動參與類型為有氧運動類與球類運動,運動參與地點為校內,運動參與對象為同學,運動參與主要目的為體適能/健康管理,未來運動參與希望能學習運動技能。結論:永仁高中學生大多數以有氧運動類與球類運動較多,建議未來可以鼓勵學生參加運動性社團及規劃舉辦相關活動,以持續提高學生運動參與動機。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the sport participation of Yongren High School students as a reference for the plannings of future activities or curricula of schools or teachers. The subjects of this study were 438 students from Yongren High School, with an average age of 13.54 years. The researching tool is a questionnaire on “Yongren High School Student Sport Participation”, and the relevant data are processed and analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the study indicates that most of the Yongren High School students did not participate in sports clubs, class sports teams and school sports teams, and the students participated in sports with the most variables: the number of sports days per week was 2 days, with 31-60 minutes exercise each time, the intensity of each round is described “a bit tiring”, the channel to exercise participation is physical education class(PE), the peak time of exercise participation is 5-7 o’clock in the evening, and the most common exercising types are aerobic exercise and ball sports, the place of sports participation is in the campus and usually accompanied by classmates, the main purpose of sport participation is physical fitness/health management, and future outlook of sport participation being to learn sports skills. In conclusion, the students of Yongren High School have of them do more aerobic exercise and ball games. It is suggested to encourage students to participate in sports clubs and plan related activities to continuously improve students' enthusiasm for participating in sports. Which could eventually increase the number of exercise days per week to develop good exercise habits.
