脊椎手術有逐年增加的趨勢，而研究指出手術護理可降低患者之焦慮與提升手術室護理滿意度，進而提升手術室護理品質。本研究採立意取樣，於2007年5月1日至8月31日四個月，以新竹市某教學醫院行脊椎手術之病人全部收案，共34位，採前後測方式，給予手術護理介入措施，在手術前一天下午及術後第二天收集資料，比較手術前後病人焦慮程度之改變，以及在術後第二天教集病患對手術護理衛教之滿意度量表，研究工具為貝氏焦慮量表及總分為85分的護理滿意度量表。所得資料以SPSS10.0版套裝軟體進行統計分析，並以paired t test來檢視前後測之差異。結果顯示病人的焦慮程度達到統計上顯著降低效果(13.6±7.5vs3.9±3.8,p＜.0001)，而對手術護理衛教之護理滿意度也高達77.2±5.5分，顯示手術護理介入措施可有效降低病人的焦程度及提高對手術護理的滿意度。本研究可提供給手術室護理人員參考，發揮手護理專業，進一步增進醫療品質。

number of spinal surgery patients is increasing. Studies indicated that operation nursing could decrease the anxiety and increase the degree of operation nursing satisfaction. Furthermore, it could prompt the nursing quality of operation room. The study was aimed to investigate the effects
of an operation nursing intervention program on anxiety and nursing satisfaction in patients with spinal surgery. A purposive sampling trial was used from May to August, 2007. A total of 34 subjects were recruited. An operation nursing intervention program was done by operation room
head nurse. Anxiety was measured by Beck Anxiety Inventory and operation nursing satisfaction was measured by an 85-score operation nursing satisfaction questionnaire. Results showed that anxiety was decreased significantly (13.6 ± 7.5 vs 3.9 ± 3.8, p < .0001). The score of operation
nursing satisfaction was up to 77.2 ± 5.5. Data indicated that operation nursing intervention could decrease anxiety and increase operation nursing satisfaction.
