本研究旨在瞭解兒童參與國小課後照顧班之現況,並探討學童對課後托育服務的看法。
本研究採問卷調查方法進行資料蒐集,採分層隨機方式進行抽樣,以屏東地區20 所國小學童
為研究對象,實際有效樣本為822 位。根據資料分析結果,整體而言,學童對課後托育服務
的認知現況,介於「同意」與「非常同意」之間,顯示兒童對課後照顧服務的看法傾向正面,
學童課後照顧班所提供的服務能滿足孩子的需求。其次,就不同背景的學童對課後托育服務
認知的差異,發現低年級學童的「老師支持」面向,顯著高於中、高年級的學童。最後,依
據研究結果對教育行政機關及家長提出可行建議,作為政府研擬課後托育服務相關政策與家
長選擇課後托育服務的參考。

英文摘要

The purposes of this study were to investigate the situations of the elementary students’participation in after-school programs, and to understand children's perspectives toward after-schoolprograms. A survey questionnaire designed by the investigator served as the research instrument forthis study. Participants included the elementary students from twenty elementary schools withafter-school programs in Pingtung areas were randomly selected. The valid questionnaires answeredby school children were 822 copies. The results of this study are generally shown that the status ofprimary school children on ‘Level of Cognition of After-School Program’ lies in between ‘agree’and ‘very agree’ which indicated that students’ viewpoint on the level of cognition of after-school
program tended to positive and also showed that students expressed a higher level of programsatisfaction towards after-school programs. Moreover, differences of children with differentbackground on ‘Level of Cognition of After-School Program’ from after-school program shows that
children with middle and higher level of grader highly agree on teacher supports than lower graders.
According to the study outcomes, some concrete suggestions were brought up as references for theeducational administers in the day care service polices and parents in their selections of after-schoolprograms.
