本研究旨在透過文件分析法，探討自1985年後，中共義務教育小學體育教材「「編審」的歷程與內涵。茲就中共義務教育小學體育教材的編審，可獲 致以下之研究結泉。一、義務教育小學體育教材的編輯，係依循「教學大綱」的規定，以「馬、列、毛思想」為指導圭臬，「三個面向」為發展主軸，進而「培養有社會 主義的建設者與接班人」為目的，仍脫離不了政治意識形態的範疇，具體體現提高民族素質的工具。二、由於義務教育法的實施，在教材多樣化的特性，小學體育教材的編輯組織，除人民教育出版社，所組成的「三結合」班子，是一個專責常設性的組織機構外，並容許地方層級的組織與個人自行編輯教材。這「一綱多本」的作法，乃是大陸地區因地制宜，所作權宜之計。三、在「編審分開」的流程下，審定通過後，採行「編審責任制」，相關編審人員都要署名，再報請國家教委副主任簽名批准發行，整個過程相當繁複與嚴謹，不過也透露出中共當局對體育教材編審責任政治的要求。

The purpose of t�is study is to inquire through the method of documentary analysis， into the process and substance of the editing and screening of primary school physical education teaching materials for post-1985 Chinese Communist compulsory education. However， owing to the difficulty of access of some of the materials， cettain topics， therefore， cannot be exhausted， which would be the limitation of this study. The results of the research that I have achieved on this topic are as follows: 1.The editing of primary school physical education teaching materials for Chinese Communist compulsory education follows the regulations of a "pedagogical master plan，\" with the "Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Though"as the guiding norm， the "three dimensions" being the axis of development， in order to "cultivate the talent for building socialism and carrying on the socialist torch." Itstill fails to break out of the confines of political ideology and is an instrument for embodying the enhancement of the quality of the nation. II. Because of the implementation of the compulsory education law， which features the diversity of teaching materials， organizations for editing primary school physical education teaching materials， in addition to a specialized permanent organization - the "three in one" team organized by the people's education publishing house， inlcude locallevel ones， and individuals are allowed to edit teaching materials them.<;elves. This "one master plan with many versions" practice is an expedient for suitably meeting the various local needs on the mainland. III. Under the principle of "separation of editing and screening." Afterthe approval， a "system of editing and screening responsibility" is adopted， though it also reveals the political requirements made by the Chinese Communist authorities con<;erned in the responsibility of editing and screening.
