因應高齡化社會所帶來之龐大醫療與照護需求,遠距健康照護(telecare)運用資通訊技術、創新醫療器材,減少社會及醫療成本的支出,是世界各國醫療科技與服務產業發展趨勢。隨著行動
通訊技術的發達,讓使用者不在侷限於居家環境之中,可以透過隨身手持裝置,即可享受健康照
護服務, 更是未來相當受到矚目的創新服務應用。本研究企圖在Android 行動裝置上, 利用
OSGi(Open Service Gateway Initiative)開放式服務軟體架構,發展一行動化健康監測服務平台,以提供包含遠距生理資訊傳輸、自我健康管理、衛教影片選播、用藥提醒、生活資訊等應用服務;為了確保與後端服務系統整合彈性與資訊傳輸安全性, 本平台依據國際HL7 PHMR健康資訊傳輸規範, 並遵循WS-Security網路傳輸安全規範, 制定與發展符合國際醫療資訊標準之資訊傳輸介面;同時,透過所制定之設備介面描述資訊(DIMD),將可以自動化偵測並介接各式居家端設備,增加多元生理量測設備的整合與部署。

英文摘要

In response to the increasing demand of medical and healthcare from aging society, Telecare, which utilizes information and communication technology (ICT) and biomedical technology to provide remote healthcare service and then reduce social and treatment cost, is an emerging and being attractive service industry over the world. With the emerging mobile communication technologies, Telecare, which using agile
and convenient mobile devices as a gateway to access healthcare services anytime and anywhere, is getting more and more attentions. In this study, we attempt to develop an OSGi-based mobile heath monitoring platform on Android mobile devices to realize remote healthcare services including remote physiology monitoring, self-management in health, tele-education, medication reminder, and daily life information providing. In that, the platform develops an information transfer interface based on HL7 PHMR standards and WS-Security protocol to conform to international standards of medical information. On the other hand, home devices can be automatically detected and connected through the device interface metadata (DIMD),improving the integration and deployment ability for multiple physiological measurement devices.
