隨著人們對於健康的日益重視，健康照護成為新興產業中的一項重要發展方向，要如何運用資訊科技來協助人們取得適性化健康照護服務，便形成相關產業整合的挑戰。目前醫療照護產業透過多樣化的感測裝置，協助健康照護服務蒐集個人生理狀況資料；而資訊應用產業則透過資訊傳遞快速且運算與儲存能力強大的雲端運算提供應用市集建置。若將蒐集的個人生理狀況特徵資料與應用市集整合，進行智慧模式分析處理並取得適性化個人健康照護服務方案，將有助於醫療照護產業的推動與發展。因此，本研究提出一項扮演健康照護與應用市集橋樑的智慧型適性化服務，主要透過個人生理狀況特徵資料智慧化分析，識別使用者健康型態並配置其特定角色，用以授權與存取應用市集上的服務，評估並提供適合的健康照護方案。期望透過本研究所提出的智慧型適性化服務， 協助人們取得適合的健康照護服務組合方案。

The Health Care becomes an important topic of human life. How to use Information Technology to help people obtain adaptive Health Care services is the challenge of integration of relevant industries. The current Health Care industry uses various sensors to collect personal health data in Health Care services. Information Technology industry builds the Application Market based on the fast delivery, powerful computing and huge storage capacity of cloud computing. The services of Application Market can be used to intelligent analyze and process the personal health data, then compose the Health Care services as the adaptive personal solution. It will contribute to promote and develop the health care industry. In this work, we propose an intelligent adaptive service for bridging the Health Care and Application Market services. It uses the features of personal health status, mainly through intelligent data analysis to identify user health patterns and assign the specific role. The user with specific role is authorized the permissions to access the application market services to compose the adaptive Health Care solution. We hope the proposed intelligent adaptive service can assist people obtaining needed Health Care services solutions.
