中文摘要

本研究旨在探討桃竹苗四縣市國民中學行政人員之知識管理與學校創新經營的關係,以及知識管理對學校創新經營的預測力。本研究以桃竹苗四縣市公立國民中學行政人員為研究對象,共計發出709份問卷,回收問卷634份,回收率達89%。經彙整檢視後,得有效問卷數584份,占總樣本數之92%。所得資料輸入電腦後,利用SPSS17.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體以t考驗、單因子變
異數分析、典型相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。根據資料分析結果,主要獲致以下結論:知識管理與學校創新經營之間具有顯著正相關,且知識管理能有效預測學校創新經營各層面,以「知識創新」最具預測力。本研究根據以上結論,分別針對教育行政機關、國民中學與行政人員提出若干建議。

英文摘要

Th e present study focuses on the relationship among administrators’
orientations to knowledge management and school innovative management.
It examines which subscales of administrators’ knowledge management can best predict school innovative management. Th e total number of questionnaires issued was 709, and the returned number of questionnaires
was 634. Th e returning rate was 89%. By carefully inspection, 584 eff ective questionnaires were obtained, and the eff ective rate was 92%.
Data obtained from the survey were coded in the computer, processed and analyzed via SPSS 17.0 for Windows statistical software in t-test, oneway
ANOVA, canonical correlation and multiple stepwise regression.According
to the result of literary analysis, the study reached the following
conclusions: there was signifi cant relationship between: administrators’
knowledge management and school innovative management. The administrators’
knowledge management was the strongest predictor to the school innovative management. Among the fi ve subscales of administrators’ knowledge management, “knowledge management” was signifi cant predictors of school innovative management. Practical implications of the study are discussed in relation to education administration’s authorities, junior high schools and administrators.
