福衛二號發射至今對於數值地形模型一直未發表官方之精度報告,對於依賴數值地形模型作為空間分析的地理領域,一直無法取得數值地形模型並將其應用於地理環境資源的監測、災害評估、環境影響評估上使用,本研究將運用少量6個控制點,實施幾何改正,利用影像匹配方式產製出數值地形模型,求得DSM以RMSE值來表達,全色態約可達6.2公尺至9.4公尺,多光譜約7.7公尺至11.5公尺。
The public accuracy report of DSM generated from Formosat-2 Stereo imagery is not published yet by NSPO so far. The lack of spatial analysis based on DSM limits the application of environment monitoring and assessments of disaster and environmental impact in the field of geography. In this study, we generated the DSM as well as the ortho-rectified imagery from a stereo Formosat-2 image pair by using 6 GCPs (ground control points) based on image matching technology. The results indicate that DSM can be generated up to an accuracy of 6.2m to 9.4m (RMSE) for panchromatic imagery and 7.7m to 11.5m (RMSE) for multispectral imagery.
