在傳統居家監視系統中,當緊急事件發生時,萬一屋主不在居家附近,常常無法即時反應處理。因此本研究擬採用Web 2.0精神,讓使用者的親朋好友、社區鄰居等,都可以加入監視群組,當其中任何一位成員發出警示訊息,就能立即將監視畫面傳送至監視群組的成員。然而由於單一
Camera上傳的頻寬有限,本研究將採用同儕(Peer-to-Peer;P2P)網路串流技術,來節省影像上傳所需的頻寬。另外還發展具備監視影像加密(Encryption)功能的安全聯防網路系統(Cyber Security System),包含金鑰管理和交換機制。其次,為滿足不同成員終端設備的需求,在Camera端將利用視訊網路編碼(Video-LAN Coding;VLC),將監視畫面轉換編碼(Transcoding)成800*600,640*480和480*360三種不同的解析度,可以分別顯示在PC、筆記型電腦和智慧型手機上。最後,在本研究的實驗中,我們將驗證系統穩定性(Stability)、影像加密效能,並展示異質居家聯防應用情境。

英文摘要

In a traditional home video surveillance system, when an emergent event occurs, if a house master is far away from home, he cannot handle it. Thus, this research will propose a Web2.0 based cooperative home video surveillance system. In this system, a master’s relatives, friends and neighboring are involved in a surveillance group, and monitoring images can be delivered to group members as alarm signals are issued. However, since the camera-side bandwidth is limited, the proposed cooperative home video surveillance system utilizes the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technique to deliver monitoring images, and thus the required bandwidth decreases efficiently. Besides, we also develop a function of data encryption in a cyber-security system to protect monitoring images from attacks, including Key management and exchanging. In order to display monitoring images on different devices, video streams are transcoded using Video-LAN Coding (VLC) as different resolutions, e.g., 800*600, 640*480 and 480*360, and are displayed on PC, Notebook and Smartphone, respectively. Finally, in our experiments, we will prove system stability, efficiency of data encryption and demonstrate it in the scenario of heterogeneous cooperative home video surveillance system.
