本論文旨在探討由Continua Health Alliance所提出的具有互通性之個人化健康照護生態系統,其目的在解決不同廠牌的生理量測設備彼此之間無法互通的問題。本研究以Continua Health Alliance所提出之點對點參考架構為主,發現此參考架構主要包括四種介面技術:個人網域介面(PAN-IF)技術,區域網域介面(LAN-IF)技術,廣域網域介面(WAN-IF)技術,以及健康記錄網域介面(HRN-IF)技術等。依據此點對點之架構以及各介面的標準技術,使得以串連個人健康照護生態系統之所有設備,並使此些設備之間彼此可以互通,以及生理量測資訊能夠互相分享。研究以個人網域介面技術為主,探討ISO/IEEE 11073個人化健康照護器材之通訊協定及設備標準。另外,本研究也依序探討區域網域介面技術及其應用範圍、廣域網域介面技術之交易標準及概廓,和其訊息流架構及傳輸標準,以及健康記錄網域介面技術之交易標準及概廓,和其訊息流架構及傳輸標準。未來,透過此具有互相操作性之健康照護器材生態系統之建立,使能夠做好慢性病患之居家照護,獨居老人之居家照護,以及個人及家庭之健康管理等。
The purpose of this paper is to study the interoperable personal healthcare ecosystem proposed by Continua Health Alliance. The standards provide a solution to solve the interoperability problem of the
communication between various medical devices. The research tool is Continua end-to-end reference architecture. The result finds the composition of the proposed reference architecture includes four kinds of
interface technologies: Personal Area Network Interface (PAN-IF), Sensor-Local Area Network Interface (Sensor LAN-IF), Wide Area Network Interface (WAN-IF), and Health Record Network Interface (HRN-IF). Depend on the reference architecture and the four interface technologies, different classes of devices in the personal healthcare ecosystem could establish a seamless connection, the medical devices could communicate with each other, and health information could be exchanged seamlessly. The research focuses on the study of PAN-IF. This paper presents the communication protocol and device specifications of ISO/IEEE 11073 personal healthcare device. In addition, this paper also addresses the technology and application scope of LAN-IF, the transaction standards and profiles of WAN-IF, and the transaction standards and profiles of HRN-IF. In the future, building an ecosystem of interoperable healthcare devices enables to empower individuals and organizations to better manage their health and wellness.
