本文介紹長期演進技術(Long Term Evolution;LTE)系統中的無線存取網路資源管理、控制與排程方法,並提出基地台(eNodeB)中RRC層與MAC層的廣播訊息機制分工方式、MAC層功能劃分和封包承載的排程方法。RRC層中的資源管理與控制包括基地台開機流程和最佳化自動設定功能。在實作時,依實際功能將MAC層劃分為兩部分,並與RRC層協同完成廣播訊息機制,以提高系統運作效率。在排程器的設計方面,提出模組化的排程器架構和演算法,排程器依據RRC所設定的參逹數,配置上行和下行封包承載之頻寬,以 成對用戶端所需的品質保證(QoS)的目的。

英文摘要

This paper discusses the design of LTE radio resource control, management, and scheduling. The solution of broadcast mechanism cooperated by RRC and MAC layer,functional partition of MAC layer, and scheduling algorithm of bearer are proposed. The resource control and management of radio bearer configuration, including the power-on procedure of eNodeB and configuration optimization of RRC layer, is described. In implementation, the MAC layer, which is partitioned into two sub-layers according to the real-time constrains, cooperates with RRC layer to make system information broadcast function more efficient. The design of scheduler is modularized and could be integrated into MAC layer easily. The bandwidth of uplink and downlink radio bearer could be allocated by scheduling algorithm based on the parameter provided by RRC layer to meet the QoS needs of UE.
