本研究介紹目前常見之車用語音操控系統之優缺點，並提出一個適用於行動裝置之藍牙車用 語音操控介面，讓駕駛在Hands-free, Eyes-free的安全行車的狀態下，以方向盤按鍵搭配藍牙裝置， 使用語音人機介面進行車載資訊娛樂操控，讓駕駛眼睛保持在道路上、手保持在方向盤上，降低 操作時造成的心智負荷，促進行車安全，我們將本介面應用於「高速公路1968」App，讓此App可 以達到無需視覺輔助的軟體功能操作，提升使用的安全性並且符合法規之規範。

In this study, the advantages and disadvantages of the most common in -vehicle voice control systems have been introduced, and an in-vehicle voice user interface over Bluetooth for mobile devices has also been proposed, which allows the drivers to control the in-vehicle infotainment system through voice user interface in a hands-free and eyes-free mode over the steering wheel buttons in combination with the Bluetooth device. By using this interface, drivers can keep their eyes on the road and hands on the wheel, as well as maintain less mental workload while driving and operating to improve the driving safety. Furthermore, this interface is applied to the App “Freeway 1968” to make this App achieve the software controls without visual assistance,which can not only improve the operation safety but also comply with the requirements of regulations.
