GPS (Global Positioning System)在戶外且天氣良好的環境下具有不錯的定位,但在衛星訊號受 遮蔽,如隧道或雷雨的環境下,便無法順利定位。本文提供一個基於Android平台的遠距車輛軌跡 紀錄系統,可以透過行動網路即時回傳並記錄車輛座標於伺服器;本系統亦結合了微機電的慣性 感測元件與GPS,並利用加速計偵測輪胎轉動,即便在GPS無法運作的環境下,依然能利用慣性 導航進行定位。此系統在全長約2.2公里的台灣新竹縣鳳鼻隧道實測,隧道內慣性導航的誤差約 3.2%。此系統可安裝於貨車或遊覽車上,除了提供慣性導航能力之外,亦能在事故發生時將座標 回傳給救援小組,以提供更快速的救援。

英文摘要

GPS (Global Positioning System) can provide good vehicle position in outdoor environments with clear sky, but GPS would fail when signals from satellites were bad or blocked, such as driving in a tunnel or thunderstorm. In this paper, a remote vehicle route recording system based on Android platform was presented. This system can retrieve vehicle’s location to server through mobile network and record data in real-time. Besides, combining GPS and MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical) inertial sensors, and using accelerometer detecting rotation of tire, this system can provide inertial navigation under GPS-failed condition. This system was tested in Section2, Xibin Rd, Hsinchu County, Taiwan; section 2 of this road is a tunnel with 2.2km long. The experiment shows this system has inertial navigation error about 3.2%. Mounted on a freight car or a sightseeing bus, this system can provide inertial navigating function in normal state and report accident position to rescue team when car accident happened.
