ONVIF(開放式網路視訊介面論壇)是目前監控產業的重要國際標準，其標準旨在促進不同品牌網路視訊監控設備間的整合，並幫助生產製造商、軟體開發商及獨立軟體供應商確保產品間的可互通性。為了達到此目的，ONVIF致力於將各種網路視訊監控管理與控制介面標準化。本設計應用ONVIF定義的介面，實作一種串流連線管理方法。透過此方法可建立串流源與伺服器作為中繼伺服時的連線準則，以達到有效增加可接受用戶端之連線請求數目，亦可透過連線請求與串流資料平衡方法，輸出較低畫素之串流資料，進而減少與另一伺服器建立連線之必要性。最後透過實際開發案例與測試說明其可行性。

ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) is an important international surveillance industry standard, which is intended to promote the integration of network video surveillance equipments of different brands and to help manufacturers, software developers and independent software providers ensure interoperability between their products. In order to achieve this purpose, ONVIF is committed to the standardization of a variety of network video surveillance management and control of interfaces. We implement a stream data connection and connecting control method by using ONVIF interface. According to this method, the streaming source can establish a connection rules with the server serving as streaming relay to increase the number of acceptable client requests. In addition, the streaming source can use the connection request and streaming quality balance method to output lower quality streaming data to reduce creating the newest server. Finally we show the feasibility of it through actual implementation and testing.
