當身具親職的病患罹癌，其子女生活也會受到衝擊，但因疾病、治療及照顧負荷等因素，往往易忽略或不知如何回應子女的需求，進而影響子女的適應。歸納統整文獻顯示，父(母)親罹癌對子女的生活衝擊，包括：改變的家庭生活型態與親職功能、無法滿足的子女成長需求與發展任務、額外增加的家庭角色責任與情緒負擔，及潛存不確定感的家庭與個人未來。同時受限於子女本身、父(母)親本身及與癌症相關，和家庭情境三個層面因素的影響，子女可能會有焦慮憂鬱情緒或問題行為。有鑑於國內心理腫瘤學與臨床照顧實務，逐漸受到重視並持續發展之際，期望藉由本文提供針對癌症病患之子女，建立以家庭為中心之本土化照護模式與研究實務的參考。

When a parent suffers from cancer, life style of his(her) children is impacted. Parents often neglect ordo not know how to respond to children’s need because of cancer, related treatment and caregiver’s burden, thusthis condition will affect the adaptation of children. From the literature review, we summarized and integratedwith the four impacts on children’s life when a parent being with cancer, including: altered type of family lifeand parenting function, unmet needs of children’s developmental task and needs, added extra family role,responsibilities and emotional burden, and potential feelings of uncertainty in both family and individual future.Moreover, limited by children’s characteristics, parents’ characteristics and related factors about cancer, andsituational factors of family, children may suffer from anxiety, depression or behavioral problems when a parentbeing with cancer. In view of psycho-oncology and related clinical practice starting at the stage of earlydevelopment, this article would provide clinical professional viewpoints for children whose parent being withcancer and establish the family-centered care model in the context of our own culture and value system.
