企業駐外的外派人員,在不熟悉的地主國文化環境下生活並執行商業任務,外派期間勢必經歷兩個文化間差異的文化衝擊問題,企業駐外人員在外派期間,除自身原本擁有的母國文化認同外,是否會如同海外移民者一般發展出“雙文化認同”的文化釋義系統,使其能因應不同的文化系絡背景移轉其文化架構,值得探討。在目前的文化認同及文化調適的相關文獻中,較少以企業駐外人員為研究主體進行探討,但此一研究議題在目前企業逐漸走向全球化、國際化的趨勢下漸形重要,本研究以企業駐外人員為研究主體,探討哪些因素會影響外派人員發展“雙文化認同”,並對多國籍企業進行國際人才培育計劃時提出一些建議,冀望能使雙文化認同相關的研究領域更加具普及性及完整性。

英文摘要

Expatriates live and work daily in host country which is a novelty cultural environment for themselves, therefore, they need to face cultural shocks during expatriating period. Expect for identifying with parent culture, we need to explore whether the expatriates are alike to immigrants to develop the sense-making system of bicultural identity to correspond with different cultural contexts. According to literatures in terms of culture identity, few research focus on expatriates to discuss this issue. However, it is very important due to global trends and expatriates increasing progressively. This paper aims to explore antecedent factors which will influence expatriates to develop their bicultural identity. Therefore, this paper will provide several suggestions about expatriates training program to complete related research field.
