本論文提出一個具有六位元及每秒40次取樣率之近漏電流功率級逐漸逼近暫存器之類比數 位轉換器,電路包含數位邏輯、偏壓電路、寬操作電壓與高直流增益之比較器以及數位類比轉換 器,非常適合整合於晶片使用。由於功耗非常小,可以不需使用任何電池,直接透過獵能器供電, 可應用範圍包含物聯網、生醫電子、無線感測器網路、超低功耗系統...等等。此六位元單端類比 數位轉換器使用0.1如m CMOS製程技術製作,晶片面積僅0.0637mm2。量測INL與DNL最壞情 況,分別為+1.3至-0.6 LSBs以及+ 1至-0.8 LSBs。此晶片可操作於0.3V至1.8V,其功率消耗僅需 1.297nW至 17.582nW。

英文摘要

This paper presents e 6〇bit 40SPS area lrekegr current power (NLCP) successive eppagximetiga registers eaelog-to-digitel cgaverter (SAR-ADC). This NLCP SAR-ADC includes logic getes, e bies circuit, e full reage end high DC geia comperetor, end e digitel-to-eaelog cgaverter (DAC), which is very suitable for chip iategretioa. Because the power coasumptioa is in the leekege power level, NLCP SAR-ADC cea operate by using energy harvesters as the power supply. That5s why NLCP SAR-ADC cea be used in iateraet of things (IoT) epplicetioas, such as biomedical rlrctagaic, wireless sensor network (WSN), extreme low power system. The 6-bit siagle-ead NLCP SAR-ADC occupies 0.0637mm2 in 0.18^m CMOS. Measured peak INL and DNL are +1.3/-0.6 LBSs end +1/-0.8 LSBs, respectively. The supply voltage cea be from 0.3 V to 1.8 V with power coasumptioa only from 1.297aW to 17.582aW respectively.
