擊劍運動是一種屬於反應快、爆發性強的運動,而其中又以長刺的動作最具代表性。因此本研究的目地在探討(一)男、女選手長刺動作之差異。(二)長刺動作的動作時間與後腿推燈水平力之相關0日長刺動作的平均速度與後腿推瞪水平力之相關。(四)長刺動作後腿推瞪的水平力與垂直力之相關。本研究以聲光反應器、撞擊測試器、測力板及1998年亞運培訓隊及中國海事專科學校擊劍代表隊為受試對象(男9、女3) ,將研究所得資料提供給教練及選手,作為安排訓練計劃的依據。將本研究所得結果加以分析後,得到下列結論:一、男、女選手長刺動作在反應時間及攻擊距離達到顯著差異水準。其它如動作時間、全部時間、平均速度、水平力及垂直力均未達顯著差異水準。二、長刺動作的的動作時間與後腿推蹉水平力無顯著相關。三、長刺動作的平均速度與後腿推瞪水平力有顯著正相關。四、長刺動作的後腿推蹉水平力與垂直力達顯著正相關。

英文摘要

Fencing is a typical sport which needs well reaction and high power to enhance performance. Lunge is the most representative movement in fencing. In order to thoroughly understand the characteristics of fencing movements. The reaction equipment, impact measurement and ground reaction system were used to analyze the lunge movement in this study. There are four major objectives in this study. (1)study the difference of lunge movement between male and female fencers, (2) study the relationship between movement time and average velocity of lunge movement, (3) study the relationship between movement time and horizontal force and (4) study the relationship between horizontal force and vertical force of lunge movement. The subjects of this study were 12 fencers (9 male & 3 female) which were chosen from Chinese Taipei fencing team for 1998 Asian game & China Junior College of Marine Techno logy fencing team. The results can provide coaches and fencers as a reference while they arrange their training program. Theresults are shown as followed : 1.Male and Female fencer have significant difference in lunge movement, in both reaction time and attack distance. 2. The relationship between movement time and horizontal ground reaction force of lunge is not significant. 3. The relationship between average velocity and horizontal ground reaction force of lunge is significantly positive. 4. The relationship between horizontal ground reaction force and vertical ground reaction force of lunge is significantly positive.
