中文摘要

電動車與智慧電網相互交換電力即為V2G(Vehicle-to-Grid)概念,V2G技術使電動車不僅作為一個電力消費體,亦能在閒置時將車載電池的電能銷售給智慧電網系統,以有效降低電力尖峰負載。V2G網路的運作是藉由電動車電量狀態的持續監測與資訊回傳,以及搭配獎勵制度的商業模式,吸引電動車車主參與電力提供的行列。然而,密切地監測電動車電量狀態與回傳的方式,可能造成車主的身份與電動車位置等隱私資訊洩露的問題,而目前V2G網路通訊相關文獻中,卻鮮少提及車主隱私保護等議題。因此,本論文提出一套具隱私保護之V2G網路通訊協定,運用約束性局部盲簽章(restrictive partially blind signature)機制,以有效保護車主隱私,同時採用免憑證(certificateless-based)公開金鑰密碼系統,以降低傳統公開金鑰密碼系統的憑證管理與維護成本,解決身份基底公開金鑰系統的金鑰託管問題。

英文摘要

The concept of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) is that electric vehicles (EVs) communicate with the smart grid tosell demand response services by delivering electricity into the grid. The operation of V2G networks is basedon continuously monitoring the status of individual EVs as well as a designed incentive scheme to attractsufficient participating EVs. However, the close monitoring might raise privacy concerns from the EV ownersabout identity and location information leakage. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, V2G communicationprotocol with privacy-preserving has been proposed rarely in the literature. Therefore, we propose aprivacy-preserving communication protocol for V2G networks, which utilizes the restrictive partially blindsignature to protect the identities of the EV owners and is also based on certificateless public keycryptography to simplify the certificate management as in traditional public key infrastructure and to overcomethe key escrow problem as in identity-based public key cryptography.
