台大醫院泌尿科在十八年期間內，曾經治療過四十六位異位輸尿管病人。其中百分之二十四可發現有兩側輸尿管重複現象。本文報告唯一兩側輸尿管完全重初併兩側膀胱外異位輸尿管的病例。該四歲女孩兩側各有兩條完全分離的輸尿管，一邊一條開口於膀胱內正常出口，另一條則對稱地開口於陰道前庭，並引起尿失禁及反複尿路發炎。我們把兩側異位的輸尿管重植於膀胱內後，病人症狀得以痊癒。

We report a case of bilateral extravesical ectopic ureters of bilateral complete dulex systems. The dilated ectopic ureters draining the bilateral hydronephrotic upper renal segments issued into vaginal vestibule and caused urinary incontinence. Reimplantation of the ectopic ureters with antireflux procedure was per formed and the incontinence was cured. This is the only case of bilateral extravesical ectopic ureters encountered at NTUH in the recent 18 years (1971~1989). It represents itself as a rarity.
