陰莖皮角是皮膚表皮層或真皮因某種原因引起反應後，造成角化過度形成。由於三分之一的病例為惡性，故深層的切片檢查是必需的，治療決定於其底部的病變，我們報告兩個病例並回顧文獻。

Cutaneous horn of the penis are exaggerated hyperkeratosis of skin arising secondary to a reactive lesion in the dermis or epidermis. Deep biopsy of base ot rule out malignancy is important, since one third of the cases are malignant. The treatment is based on the nature of the underlying lesion. Two cases are presented and the literatures reviewed.
