中文摘要

臺灣民主運動興起的氛圍下,另類教育理念學校的需求聲音也隨之而起。儘管2014年11月同時經立法院三讀通過之實驗教育三法奠定了實驗教育的法源依據,然而,開辦實驗教育所需重要元素中的教師素養與教學品質卻甚是缺乏。因此,面對實驗教育學校興起之衝擊,師資培育單位應擬定對策,加強培育教師專業能力,使學生於實驗教育環境下得以成長、甚至成為亮點。本文擬先對實驗教育發展加以闡述,進而探討英、美另類教育的演進對其教育之影響,以及師資培育相關單位與中心面對此衝擊之經營培育策略,期可創造「親師生」三贏之教育環境。

英文摘要

Under the rising democratic movement has led to the emergence of the demand for alternative schools in Taiwan. At the time in November 2014, Legislation passed three relative of experimental education law by the Legislative Yuan and basis for the source of experimental education in Taiwan, however, the important factors teacher competence and teaching quality of education is shorting. The center for teacher education should face of the impact to formulate future teachers’ professional ability and to grow become a bright spot in the experimental education environment. The paper main intends to elaborate the relevant laws, then explored the effects of alternative education in UK and USA, and provided the incubation strategy for the teacher center. Finally, to create “parent-teacher-student” win-win educational environment.
