自2014年實驗教育三法頒布,實驗教育發展也愈趨多元,為了回應實驗教育家長、學生與社群之需求與關注,國內的實驗教育、實驗學校、民間組織也蓬勃發展,提供父母與兒童更多元的選擇,以獲得可能的最佳教育品質。然而,過去的教育課程並未提供訓練、教育人們何謂實驗教育?實驗教育的型態為何?如何聯合實驗教育的學生、教育工作者、家長、社區與學校,共同為實驗教育努力?本文乃綜整各種實驗教育型態及國際性、各國性的實驗教育協會、組織特性與功能,提出相關建議,期做為臺灣實驗教育發展的借鑑與參考。

英文摘要

After the implementation of three alternative education regulations in 2014, the development of alternative education is more diverse. In order to respond to the parents’, students’ and the community needs and concerns for alternative education, alternative education, schools and organizations are also booming to provide a number of choices for each parent and children to obtain the best educational quality. However, the past educational curriculums did not provide and train us what definition alternative education is, what the alternative education type is, and how to joint students, educators, parents, communities and schools of alternative education to work together for alternative education. Therefore, this paper integrates various alternative education types and elaborates the characteristics and functions of international alternative education organization to give suggestions to be used as a reference for the development of alternative education in Taiwan.
