中文摘要

本研究係利用植物修復技術進行受高濃度重油污染之土壤整治,以選擇能耐受高濃度重油污染之植物種,並搭配叢枝菌根菌 (Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi) 其能增強植物逆境抵抗的效果,期望能增加植物修復技術於實場應用之可行性。實驗結果顯示,叢枝菌根菌對於植物的影響主要來自於地下部的強化與生物質量增長,對於地上部之增加無顯著之正面影響。叢枝菌根菌於三種實驗植物中之感染率以大花咸豐草 (Bidens pilosa) 最高,其感染叢枝菌根菌組於100 g/kg 之重油污染土壤中之重油去除率也最高,達到70.9%。

英文摘要

Phytoremediation is a phytotechnology, which uses plants or vegetation to remove the pollutants directly or indirectly from the soil, or reduces the toxicity of contaminants, or transform its property into non-hazardous forms. The experimental results showed that the plant species of Bidens pilosa infected with mycorrhizal fungi could survive under the heavy oil concentration of 100 g/Kg in soils and exhibited significant removal efficiencies (70.9%). It was concluded that phytoremediation could be used to enhance the treatment efficiencies for the soils contaminated by high concentration of heavy oil through the mycorrhizosphere effect.
