新控制技術雙軸型太陽光追蹤器之研製在本文中提出。具該技術之雙軸型太陽光追蹤器可用以驅動太陽能板進入較佳的受光位置,促使太陽能板獲得較高的光電能。該控制技術是藉由五只太陽能電池所組成的監控系統被安置在太陽能板之平面上的適當位置用以引導太陽能板在空間的移動。其中一只電池平行地安置在太陽能板平面並與它具有相同位置點(傾斜角與方位角相同),其餘四只電池的傾斜角或方位角則預設一增量角度。經由監控系統的導引,驅動系統可將太陽能板朝向那一只產生最大電壓的電池之位置點來移動以獲較佳光電能。為方便比較,本研究亦建立起一固定式太陽能板。運用單晶片AT89c51 控制兩個驅動用的步進馬達,太陽能板將盡可能地移入可獲得最大光電能的位置點。實作結果顯示具新控制技術雙軸型太陽光追蹤器之太陽能板較固定式者有較大發電量,且其每次傾斜角轉動較小角度則愈能反應出其發電能力。

英文摘要

A two-axis sunlight tracker with a novel control technique is designed and implemented in this paper. This sunlight tracker can move the solar panel into a position with the better sunlight in order that a higher photoelectric energy for solar panels can be obtained. The novel control technique is implemented by a monitoring system which consists of five solar cells being properly positioned on the plane of a solar panel to guide the motion of this solar panel in the space. One cell in the monitoring cells is positioned with paralleling to this panel, and it therefore possesses the same tilt and azimuth angles as the solar panel. The others are preset a given increment in the tilt or the azimuth angles. By the guide of the monitoring system, the driving system can shift the solar panel toward the location at which one cell in the monitoring system can produce the maximal voltage to obtain the better photoelectric energy from the panel. A fixed solar panel will be also set up for comparisons. The single chip AT89c51 will be applied to control two stepping motors in the driving system to move, as much as possible, the solar panel into a better position in the space in order that the obtained photoelectric energy from the solar panel can be maximized. The experimental results show that the power energy produced from the solar panel with a two-axis sunlight tracker is more than that with a fixed one, and the ability of power generation for the solar panel with the proposed sunlight tracker is more effectively excited when the less motion in the tilt angle is taken in the driving system.
