與傳統類比電源相比,數位電源有著可程式性高、可靠度高與使用容易的優點,近幾年來不斷有不同的研究被提出,使其不斷的增加性能與縮小電路面積,其中對於極限振盪的研究更解釋了數位控制脈寬調變電路的基本現象。本文提出雙段平均型類比數位轉換器於數位電源中,不但提高了解析度也降低了設計複雜度,此外也因為採用了全數位負回授控制,提高了可靠度,降低了製程、溫度、電壓變化的影響。
Digital power has many benefits compare with conventional analog power scheme, such as high programmability, high reliability and ease. Recently, many literatures have proved that digital power can both increase circuit performance and shrink area. In this paper, we proposed a dual-section averaged ADC to decrease design complexity and to increase the resolution of output voltage. Additionally, we adopted digital control loop to improve the reliability and reduce the effect of process, voltage and temperature variations.
