中文摘要

隨著「數位匯流」不斷發展與各種寬頻應用的興起,多重服務(Multi-service)需求增加,寬頻成為主要的發展訴求。另外,也隨著異質網路逐漸整合,網路IP化也使得FMC(Fixed-Mobile Convergence)更為可行,電信服務提供跨越不同網路的整合性服務,涵蓋異質接取網路的寬頻網路技術與應用技術已經成為未來重要的發展課題。「寬頻網路系統與匯流技術發展計畫」旨在研發下一世代的寬頻通訊系統與匯流技術,期能協助我國廠商發展寬頻網路系統與關鍵軟、硬體產業。本計畫因應寬頻網路發展趨勢、我國產業需要、以及配合政策,積極發展寬頻網路與其應用技術,分別投入分散式網路影音存取技術(Distributed Network Video Access Technologies)、IPTV服務平台技術(IPTV Service Platform Technologies)、以及多重服務光纖接取技術(Multi-Service FTTx Access Technologies)等項目之研發。

英文摘要

With 「Digital Convergence」 unceasing development and the prosperity of various broadband applications, as well as the increasing of multi-services demand, the broadband becomes the main development demand. Moreover, along with the graduated integration of heterogeneous network, the IP networking also causes FMC (Fixed-Mobile Convergence) to be more feasible. The broadband networking and network applications technologies, which can provide telecommunication services spanning different network's conformability service, cover heterogeneous network, and conform the three-in-one of voice, data and video, already become the important development topic in the future.The missions of 「Broadband Network System and Convergence Technologies Developing Project」 are to develop the next generation broadband networking and broadband application technologies, and expected to promote the broadband system and industrial of the key components of S/W and H/W for our country. In accordance to the trend of broadband network development, our country industry needs, as well as the coordinate policy, this plan develops broadband networking and broadband applications technologies. This plan is divided into the Distributed Network Video Access technologies, IPTV Service Platform technologies, and Multi-Service FTTx access technologies and so on technologies to develop.
