中文摘要

近年來環境保護、節能減碳意識高漲,各國政府積極投入相關產業研究,除了對抗環境變遷所帶來的衝擊外,亦期待此趨勢能成為刺激經濟的推手。本計畫發展項目涵蓋PV用電子技術及電動車之車用電子技術,主要目標為『建立車用等級關鍵IC自主技術,帶動綠能工業及車用電子產業』。並將五年計畫時程分為兩階段規劃,前兩年因為台灣綠能電子及車用電子產業起步較晚,主要目標為「發展關鍵技術,進口取代」;後三年則為「優化」所開發之技術於系統的應用。希冀本計畫可藉由國內目前半導體產業基礎、電動機具系統製造基盤技術及ICT產業能量,為台灣半導體產業開闢一嶄新藍海應用,並建立台灣在綠能電子及車用電子之晶片設計、封裝、模組與高功率元件設計和製造之技術能力。

英文摘要

The awareness for environmental protection, saving energy and reducing carbon is higher and higher in recent years. Governments around the world actively join in related industrial research to not only combat the impact of environmental change, but also to take this trend to be the driving force to stimulate the economy. This project covers the development of electronic technology in both photovoltaic electronic field and automotive electronic field. The main object is to establish independent key IC technology for automotive grade applications in order to promote the green energy industry and the automotive electronics industry. The five-year plan is divided into two phases. The main target in the first two years is the "technology developing for import substitution," and in the last three years will be the "providing differentiated solutions for system optimization." We expect this project can not only open up a new application based on the technology of domestic semiconductor industry, the electrically operated machines and tools system manufacturing technology and the ICT industrial technology, but also develop the technical capability in chip design, packaging, modules and high power device design and manufacture for Taiwan's green energy electronic and automotive electronic industries.
