本文提出具光伏(PV)系統最大功率點追蹤之昇壓轉換器研製,它適用於電阻性負載。最大功率點之追蹤採價廉之AT89S51單晶片來實現。昇壓轉換器的控制系統由驅動電路、PWM產生器及最大功率點追蹤(MPPT)控制器組合而成。受控的昇壓轉換器以實際之電熱器負載來進行測試,實測結果反應出具最大功率點追蹤之昇壓轉換器,可大大增加光伏系統的功率轉移至負載端,同時亦確認最大功率點追蹤控制器可有效地促使光伏系統工作於最大功率點。
An Implementation of a boost converter with a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for photovoltaic (PV) systems, which is suitable to a resistance load, is proposed in this paper. The MPPT is implemented by a cheap AT89S51 chip. The control system of the suggested boost converter is consisted of a driving circuit, a PWM generator, and a maximum power point tracking controller. The controlled boost converter is tested under an electric heater, and the results show that the boost converter with a MPPT control can effectively impel the PV systems to operate on the maximum power point and enlarge the transferred power from PV systems to the heater load.
