傳統主動式行車安全技術使用多重感測器或影像鏡頭於車輛本身,用以測量週遭車輛或障礙 物,但對於前前車輛之緊急煞車而造成的連環追撞車禍,卻無法有效預警。本論文提出一套即時 動態全景鳥瞰行車安全系統,主要目的提供駕駛者全方位不受視線影響之行車安全環境。本系統 透過車載短距無線通訊技術與車牌辨識技術,再加上車對車GPS校正測距技術,與OBD II即時車 輛狀態偵測技術,用以建構相同車道之前車列表與電子煞車警示應用,使駕駛人能在視線受阻(如 被前車阻擋)的情況下,當前車之前方車輛緊急煞車時,駕駛者能迅速得知此突發事件避免追撞 發生,最後根據實車展示,該系統能提早0.3秒通知駕駛人,此外也能避免不必要的假警報。
Traditional active driving safety technology uses multiple sensors or video cameras of the vehicle itself. It is used to measure the distance of neighboring vehicles or obstacles. However, for the emergency brake in front of leading vehicle and the accidents caused by overtaking collisions, it is not effective early warning. This paper proposes a real-time driving safety of dynamic full screen bird view system. It provides a full range bird view environment without influenced by driver's line of sight. The system combines the technologies of WAVE/DSRC (Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment/Dedicated Short Range Communication) and vehicle plate recognition. Besides, it adopts the car-to-car GPS correction ranging technology and OBD II real-time vehicle status detecting technology. Hence, it constructs a front-driving-vehicle list on the same lane and electronic hard brake warning application. Under the condition of driver's sight blocked (by the front vehicle), especially when the hard brake by the leading vehicle of front vehicle, driver will be notified by the system in order to avoid this car accident. Finally, according the real true exhibition, our system will speed up 0.3 sec. to notify the drivers. Besides, it also can avoid the wrong warnings to interrupt the drivers.
