網際網路已成為現代人獲取資訊之重要來源，使用者能便利自網路獲取醫療訊息。然而，網路所提供之醫療資訊是否正確、可靠，尚未明。本研究有鑒於腎臟疾病盛行率居高不下，使用網路的人口漸趨普遍，而目前中文網站腎臟疾病資訊品質如何仍有待評估，因此本研究期望瞭解慢性腎臟疾病網站品質現況，將結果提供給建置腎臟照護網站者或腎臟網站使用者參考。本研究為描述性研究設計，研究樣本為提供慢性腎臟疾病照護之網站，採立意取樣，針對50個網站進行評值。研究者從網站內容層面及技巧層面等面向進行評量。結果發現有四個腎臟疾病衛教網站，整體網站品質較完善，建議可提供使用者參考，並可做為未來建置之參考。

The Internet has become an important source of medical information for the general population. However, information available over the Internet may not be accurate or reliable. The purpose of this study was to explore and evaluate the qualities of current chronic kidney disease-related websites due to the prevalence of this disease, the popularity of the Internet, and the perceived incompleteness of Chinese language websites providing related information. This research, a descriptive study, evaluated a total of fifty websites. Evaluations included both content and technical aspects. Findings revealed that four of fifty websites reviewed were satisfactorily comprehensive and are recommended for consideration in the future construction of kidney care websites.
