本研究的目的在對舞蹈之後現代主義審美觀進行分析,以了解其形成的原因、主要特徵與重要之影響,並以國內知名編舞者林懷氏為「雲門舞集」二十週年所編之「九歌」為例,在後現代主義舞蹈審美觀之下,所呈現的不同結果。分析之後得到以下的發現:一、後現代主義的思潮影響了許多藝術典文化,包括對文學作品中作者、讀者典文本(text)之間的關係有重大的轉變。舞作如視同文學作品之文本,而編舞者、觀眾就如同作者與讀者,在被視為後現代主義者德里達(Derrida)的解構策略(分廷、撥撒、蹤跡與替補)之下,也能呈現或察覺出平面感、歷史斷裂、零散化與複製等後現代之特徵。二、在解構策略與後現代藝術特徵之下,舞蹈審美觀中重要的編舞者、觀眾與舞作之間的關係與特色也不同於傳統芭蕾和現代舞。從視編舞者與舞作為父子般的關係;到發現觀眾之重要的參與作用,豐富了舞作,彷彿是舞作的再生之父;可是在解構之下,卻又重新發覺到,舞作永遠是獨立的,沒有任何絕對的關聯,沒有人能真的窮盡其意義三、舞劇「九歌」經後現代主義審美觀之解讀,發覺有許多後現代的精神與特色,編舞者、觀眾與舞作之間的關係也有意無意地消解了原有對照性的明確的情況。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to understand how the view point of beauty in postmodernism dance had been formed, and it's primary characteristics as well as the curcial influence through a process of analization. There were some interesting results coming out after analizing "Jeou Go" from the view point of beauty in postmodernism. "Jeou Go" was arranged by "Lin,Hwa-Min",the famous choreographer in Taiwan,at the twentieth anniversary of "Dances of Yun Men". The findings were as follow : 1.The thoughts of postmodernism have affected arts and cultures so much, especially the relationships between writers, readers, and texts in literature. Dance can be seen as the text of literature, and choreographers and audience can be seen as writers and readers too. Been deconstructed by the de constructive strategy (different dissemination, trace, and supplement) of Derrida who has been seen as a postmodernist, dance can present the characterstics of postmodernism like superficiality, historical seperation, dissemination, and duplication. 2. Viewing from the deconstructive strategy and the characteristics of postmodern arts, the relationships between choreographers, audience, and dances has been changed since the time of tranditional ballet and modern dance. From only choreographers and dances with a father-son relationship, to having audience to enrich dances, audience have become the siginificant part in this relationship. However, after dance is deconstructed, it is found that dance is always independent by itself. There is no absolute relationship to others, and no one can get a real understanding of it. 3. Reading "Jeou Go" from the view point of beauty in postmodernism, it is found that there are many spirits and characteristics of postmodernism. The obsvious contrary relationship between the choreographer, audience, and the dance is sort of dissolved.
