在日常生活或是運動項目中有許多著地型態的活動,像下公車或是跑步都可看成是一種著地型憊的動作。在落地著地時,人們的身體暴露在很大的力量和力矩當中,如此可能引起傷害。本研究的目的在比較三個高度(42、54和 84公分)著地動作的運動學及動力學的變化情形。六位大學體育系、所男性 學生作為本研究的受試者,平均身高為173.8± 8.9公分、平均體重為69.2士 5.8公斤、平均年齡為24.1 ± 3.6歲。運動學和動力學的資料使用一台柯遠高速 攝影機(125Hz)及一塊Kistle測力板(100Hz)同步收集。統計的方法是使用重複量數單因子變異數分析(α=.05),達到顯著差異後再使用薛費法作事後比較。結果指出三個高度著地時平均的地面垂直反作用力的範園為體重5.39到8.39倍。在增加著地的街擊速度時,地面垂直反作用力體關節的彎曲角度、躁 關節的最大角速度都有顯著的增加。

英文摘要

There are many landing motion in every day life or in exercises such as getting off bus or running. During a landing impact, the human body is exposed to large forces and moments that create the potential for injury. The purpose of this study is to analysis the kinematic and kinetic differences of drop landing from three different heights (43, 54 and 84cm). Six undergraduate and graduate male students served as the subjects for this study. There mean height, weight, and age were 173.8士8.9 cm, 69.2 ± 5.8 kg, and 24.1士3.6 years respectively. Kinematic and kinetic data were acquired simultaneously bu using a Kodak EktaPro 1000 high speed camera(125Hz) and a Kistler force plate(lOOOHz). The selected variables were tested by one-way repeated ANOVA(α= .05) and Scheffe method posterior comparisons. Theresults indiated that the range of the peak vertical reaction forces were 5.39 to 8.39BW(Body Weight) diring the three heights. Significant increases were found in hip joint tlexion, peak angular velocity of ankle joint, and the peak vertical reaction force (PK1) as impact velocity increased.
