Cathcart (1925)說明蛋白質的代謝在運動時是微量或不參與的,但Dohm 等人(1986)卻證實蛋白質在活動時參與代謝的證撮,如alanine-glucose循環,alanine可轉化為肝酵提供能量,我們的研究目的是確定血清展基酸在不同有 氧恢復運動中的情況。我們以九位男性大學生為受別樣本,平均年齡為21.98± 3.64歲,平均身高174.0土5.43公分,平均體重為58.78土7.73公斤。標準運 動是採修正Hermansen(1972)及George (1988)的無氧衰竭運動( 110% V02 m缸.跑4分鐘)。運動恢復法利用靜坐,腳踏自行車,雙手轉輪及跑電動跑道。 恢復法是運動30分鐘,強度是根噱Stamford(1981)的標準。靜脈血是採自肘 中靜脈,以理針方法抽血。膳基酸的測量是於運動前,運動後1分鐘,恢復運動5分鐘及恢復運動後30分鐘,所有資料經變異分析及L.S.D.差異梭定後,我們發現有下列結果:1.靜態休息與其他三項運動恢復有差異(P<0.05)。2.所有基本胺基酸只有在跑電動跑道時才能明顯下降(P<0.01). 3.除histidine及trytophan外,所有其他胺基酸在恢復運動中之第五分鐘 的含量最高。從以上的資料及分析,應該可以獲得一個明顯的結論,基本展基酸確實在某些有氧運動時提供代謝能量。

英文摘要

Cathcart (1925) has mostly been ignored the protein metabolism in exercise. But Dohm et al (1986) have provided some evidence of protein in activity. The alanineglucose cycle, for example, alanine could convert glucose for energy source. It is our purpose to confirm the serum essential amino acids in different recovery exercise. Nine male university students were referred for out subjects with age 21.98 ± 3.64yrs, body height 174.0土5.43cm body weight 58.78 ± 7.73kg. Modified Hermansen (1972) and George (1988) anaerobic treadmill was used for standard exercise (110% Vo2max. for 4 minutes). Recovery exercises were used by resting, leg ergometer, hand ergometer and treadmill for 30 minutes and 35% of V02max. was our intensity (Stamford 1981). Bloodwas taken from cubiti vien by indwelling catheter method. Essential amino acids were measured at rest and 1st, 5th, 30th minute in recovery exercise. After ANOV A and least significant tests, the following results have been found: 1.It is different between resting and exercise recovery (P < 0.05). 2.
