本文根據1966年至1981年間，IOC年會和執委會的會議記錄為基礎，兼 及徐亨先生收藏之當時的交涉資料，做為探討薩氏對我國奧會之態度和作為的憑藉，主t獲得以下之研究結果:1.薩氏任主席前，對我國奧會的評論，其言論並無尖酸刻薄之用語，要求我國奧會改名之舉，實乃基於對時勢的認真口。Z薩氏任主席後，對「奧會模式」的促成，實為誠意和善意的表示。 因此，就「奧會模式」而言，筆者認為對薩氏的作為應加以肯定。唯，歷史研究中對人物之評價，必須蓋棺方能論定，因此，一切之功過得失，仍有待時間之考驗O
英文摘要
Juan Antonio Samaranch was in charge of the president of the IOC in July 1980， and signed the commonly called "Olympic Formula" agreement with Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee in March 1981. He is the most important role who improves the agreement. But the influence of that agree met have gotten different criticism in our country. So， that he is our friend or enemy is worthy of our discussion. Followings are the conclusion: 1.Before Mr. Samaranch became the president of IOC， he had no sarcastic words to criticize us. The requirement of changing the name of our Olympic committee is based on the consideration of the international political condition. 2. After his IOC presidency. He improves the commonly called "Olympic Formula"， which is truly sincere and benevolent to us. So， according to the above-mentioned points， I think we have to recognize Mr. Samaranch's contribution to us.
