本研究之目的在探討密集耐力訓練對B淋巴球與巨噬細胞分泌作用之影響,並比較連續跑與間歇跑對B淋巴球與巨噬細胞分泌作用之差異。十八位男性長跑選手,被隨機分配至連續跑組與間歇跑鈕,各組接受每天十公里,連續六天之耐力訓練。於訓練前、訓練後、訓練後隔天分別於肘關節上正中皮靜脈處抽取血液SCC'以ELISA法分析血液中免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG、IgE)與白血球間素-Iα(IL-Iα)之濃度,所得資料以混合設計 二因子變異數分析考驗,連顯著差異後,以薛費法進行事後比較,α定為0.05。獲得下列結果:1.間歇和連續的密集耐力訓練會降低血清中IgG之濃度,其餘變項開未達顯著差異。Z間歇跑組血活中之IgM濃度顯著低於連續跑鈕,其餘變項未達顯著差異。 3.密集耐力訓練並不會顯著的改變血漿中白血球間素-Iα之濃度;同時 連續跑組與間歇跑組之間,白血球間索一Iα之濃度並沒有顯著差異。本研究獲得下列結論:密集耐力訓練對B淋巴球之分泌會有抑制作用;但不會影響巨噬細胞之分,�昌、作用。間歇跑比連續跑更不利於B淋巴球之分泌作用;但二者在巨噬細胞分泌作用上並無差異。
The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the effect of intense endurance training (lET)on secretion of B lymphocyte and macrophage, 2) to compare the differences between interval running group (IRG) and continuous running group (CRG) on B lymphocyte and macrophage's secretion. Eighteen male long-distance runners were the subjects of this study. They were randomly assigned to IRG and CRG, and received 10 km running each day for 6 days. Before running, after running and 24 hours after running, 5c.c. blood samples was taken from median cubital vein. Bloodsamples were assayed by ELISA Data were analyzed with mixed design twoway ANOV A, and Schffe's method was used for multiple comparision. Statistical significance was set as α< 0.05. The results were found as the following: 1.The lET decreased IgG significantly, but the others variables were not significant changed. 2. The IRG decreased IgM more than CRG. For the others variables, no difference between CRG and CRG was found. 3. The lET made no significant change in IL-lα, and no difference between IRG and ERG in IL-lα. The result indicated that the lET depressed the B lymphocyte's secretion, but not macrophage's secretion. The IRG depressed B lymphocyte's secretion more than the CRG. But there was no significant difference in IL-l αbetween IRG and CRG.
