本研究的目的是:探討大學男子生活型式和健康體適能的關係。研究對象為國立台灣大學的男生的人,使用「生活型式調查表」蒐集每天主要活動時間和運動習慣的資料,測驗健康體通能,結果得到下列結論:一、主要活動時間和健康體過能有顯著相關,但無實用上的價值。二、單項體適能的比較,從生活類型、運動習慣、運動程度等觀點而言,都僅有乙項中的兩組有顯著差異,表示自變項的影響不大。三、在通過健康體適能的標準土,和運動習慣有相闕,運動程度方面高強度純的通過百分比顯著高於坐式生活缸。
The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between health-related fitness and life-style of college men. The subjects were 93 students in the National Taiwan University. The approach was utilized for the life-style questionnarie that included daily mainly activities and exercise habits, and health-related fitness were measured. The results were concluded as the following: (1) There is a significant correlation between healht-related fitness and daily mainly activities, but it was not meaningful. (2) A comparison of healty-related fitness among lifestyle, exercise habits and degree of exercise were significantly different only on one of the items between two groups. This indicated independent variables didn't have much effect. (3) A significant correlations between pass the criterion of health-related fitness and exercise habits. The training group was significantly superior ot sedentary group at the percent of pass criterion.
