中文摘要

根據北美的研究指出,優秀運動員和一般運動員在認知型態土有顯著差異。和一般運動員比起來,優秀運動員有良好的焦慮抵抗力,高度的專注能力,充分的信心,強烈的動機,以及充分的心理準備。為了探索台灣優秀運動員的認真口型態,特以上述五個認知特點為基礎,編製一份「運動員認知型態量表」專供台灣運動員使用。研究一以Mahoney(1988)的「運動心理技能問卷第五版」 為藍本並補充適當題目後形成量表題目,以64位受試進行內部一致性考驗及項目分析後,得36題。研究二以另外91位受試者再次考驗其內部一致性、並以區別分析韓驗其預測效度。以上兩個研究的結果顯示「運動員認真口型態量表」具有良好的內部一致性、不同樣本闊的穩定性、表面效度與內容效度、以及區辨優秀及一般運動員的預測效度。此外,文末並討論台灣優秀運動員的認真口型態、本量表在理論及應用方面的可能貢獻,以及將來的研究方向。

英文摘要

Literaturein Northern American shows that elite athletes and non-elite athletes are significantly different in several cognitive caracteristics. Elite athletes tend to be more able to cope with anxiety, concentrate more easily, show higher levels of selfconfidence and motivation, and have better psychological preparation than non-elite athletes. Based on these cognitive caracteristics, this study developed a Athletic Cognitive Pattern Scale (ACPS) to explore the cognitive pattern of elite athletes in Taiwan. In study one, Mahoney's (1988) PSIS-5 and other items needed to fullfill the entire concept of cognitive caracteristics were utilizied to form the initial version of ACPS. Item analysis and internal consistency test were conducted, reducing ACPS to 36 items. In study two, internal consistency of the 36-item ACPS was again examed with a different sample. In addition, a discriminant function analysis was conducted to test its validity to predict athlete's skill level. The results of these two studies revealed good estimates for internal consistency, cross-study reliability, content validity, and predictive validity of ACPS. Finally, cognitive patterns of elite athletes in Taiwan, theoretical and practical implications, and futher directions of ralidating ACPS were also discussed.
