本研究之目的在於探討心跳偽斜點與自由車四千公尺個人計時賽成績之相閥,受試者為十一名自由車運手,平均年齡18.3士1.6歲,身高178.3土3.5公分,體重73.0± 5.3公斤。所有受試者以自備之場地車,在333.3公尺周長之自 由車場上,分別接受一次四千公尺個人計時及一次心跳偏斜點測驗。結果發現十一名受試者皆有心跳偽斜點之現象發生,而其相對速度與四千公尺個人計時賽之平均速度相關為r=0.89(p<.05) ,另外心跳偽斜點出現後的直線方程斜率與四千公尺個人計時平均速度的相關為r= -0.69 (p < .05) ,顯示心跳偏斜點為本研究受試者共有之生涅特質,且可有效的運用來預測自由車四千公尺個人計時賽的成績,但研究中亦發現心跳偽斜點出現時之相對速度(10.94 ± 0.44公 尺/秒),顯著的低於四千公尺個人計時之平均速度(12.06土0.47公尺/秒; p< .05) ,因此若以心跳偏斜點出現,時之相對速度來做為自由車四千公尺個人計時賽之配速參考,則強度顯然太低。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to research the relation between the heart-rate deflection point and 4,000m Individual Time Trial (ITT). The subjects were selected from 11 cyclists whose average age ranged from 18.3土1.6 year old and their height was 178.3 ± 3.5cm and weight 73.0土5.3kg. All the subjects were asked to take the tests of 4,000m ITT in a 333.310ng filed and a heart-rate deflection point respectively. As a result, all the subjects were f09und to have the sympton of heart-rate deflection point And the relation between thecorrelated speed of 4,000m ITT and thecorrelated speed was r = 0.89 (p < .05), and the cofficient between the threshold happened following the heart-rate deflection point and personal 4,000m ITT was r = -0.69 (p < .05), indicated that theheart -rate deflection point was human's common biological phenomenon, which could be used efficiencly to measure or predict the result of personal 4,000m ITT, also the research pointed out that the related speed (10.94 ± 0.44 meters/sec) appeared in the heart-rate deflection obviously lower than the average speed (12.06 ± 0.47 meters/sec) (p < .05) in 4,000m ITT. Itis believed that speed of heart-rate deflection point as a reference for time-matching in the intensity level may, however, be apparent far too low.
