本研究的目的,在比較原地跑步機與登階所測得最大攝氧量(V02max)的差異,及探討在非最大運動負荷後的恢復心跳率與V02m阻的相關情形。受試者為14名經常運動的大學男生,平均年齡為21.5土3.3歲,身高172.4± 5.7公 分,體重66.5士5.8公斤。所有受試者皆接受一次漸增速度的跑步機最大運動測驗(測量V02max),一次漸增頻率的最大登階測驗(測量V02max)和一次三分鐘每分鐘上下30次,階高40公分'的登階測驗(測量恢復心跳率)。結果發現,原地跑步機所得的V02max(50.68士3.27 mljkgjmin)顯示著的高 於登階所測得的V02max(45.49士4.09 mljkgjmin)的值,相關達.56 (p<.05)。原地跑步機所測得的V02max與三分鐘登階後一分至一分三十秒的恢復心跳數相關是-.80(p < .05) ,與體能指數相關是.69(p < .05) ,此結果顯示此恢復心跳數可以作為預估V02m缸的根據,並由於其測試較體能指數簡捷,在實際應用上亦較為方便,其迴歸方程式為V02m缸(mljkgjmin)= 73.88-0.47 (一分至一分三十秒的恢復心跳數),SEest = 2.05。

英文摘要

The proposes of this study were to compare maximal oxygen consumption (V02max) measured by treadmill and by step test, and to investigate the relationship between V02max and recovery heart rates following submaximal exercise. Subjects (N = 14) were physically active collegemen with average age, heigh and weight of 21.5 土3.3yrs, 172.4 ± 5.7cm and 66.5士5.8kg respectively. For attaining V02max, each subject performed a maximal treadmill test and a maximal cycling test both with progressively increased workloads. For submaximal heart rates, a step test with a cadence of 30 times per minute and a height of 40cm was also applied. V02 was measured by a Sensor Medic 2900 metabolic analyzer. The results indicated that even if V02max derived from treadmill test (50.68土 3.27 mljkg/min) was significantly higher than that of step test (45.49士4.09 mljkg/min), they were significantly corrected (r= .056, p < .05). The V02max measured from treadmill was significantly corrected with recovery heart rate 1'-1'30" following 3 minute step test (r=-.80, p<.05). The results showed that recovery heart rate is a reliable predictor for V02max by using a regression equation of: V02max (mljkg/min) = 73.88 - 0.47 (heart rates 1'-1'30" following a 3 minute step test; SEest = 2.05)
