本文介紹微電子電流感測技術理論及其應用。電流感測裝置常用於電源-負載(Supply-Load)或電流驅動(Current-Driving)控制迴路(Control Loop)之電流輸出訊號擷取(Data Acquisition)。電流輸出的監控可用以回授調整其輸出級的參數,以便於系統優化(Optimize)其輸出效率(Efficiency)或控制性(Controllability)。電能為最常見到的一種可轉換能量來源,眾多功率轉換(Power Conversion)系統皆以電能為其原始之能量來源,因此,如何更有效地傳輸,儲存,及轉換此一能量型態當為此類系統設計的重點。
控制迴路的反應時間(Loop Response Time)越短,當越有效地優化系統的控制性。電流的運做狀態(State),在功率轉換系統中,提供了電源-負載迴路電源端的管理參數,也是電流驅動控制器的重要控制參數之一,因此將電流感測技術融入眾多重要的功率轉換網路節點中,將可以實現智慧型功率轉換系統的設計。

英文摘要

This paper presents theories and applications of microelectronics current sensing techniques. Current sensing apparatuses are used to acquire the electrical current state in supply-load or current-driving control
loops. The measured value of output current can be fed back to adjust the controller parameters of its output driver, which facilitates the optimization of its controller driving efficiency and system controllability. Electrical energy is the most often used convertible energy source. Many power conversion systems are built on electrical power sources. Hence efficient transmission, storage and conversion of electrical power become essential in designing such systems.
Short loop response time of a control system loop certainly offers system advantages in gaining controllability. Current state in a power conversion system provides supply-end management parameters in a
supply-load loop and is one of the important controller parameters in a current driving controller. Integrated microelectronics current sensing on many critical nodes within a power conversion network can thus realize
smart power conversion system design.
