本研究目的在了解護理之家住民對照護品質之滿意度,並探討照護品質滿意度與住民忠誠度的關係。本研究以46 家臺灣護理之家住民共481 位為研究樣本,利用結構式問卷調查住民的基本資料、照護品質滿意度與忠誠度。結果顯示住民的各護理之家照護品質構面中,以居住環境構面的滿意度最高,住民影響力構面的滿意度最低。研究結果也發現,住民所知覺到的各項照護品質滿意度,均會正向影響其對護理之家的忠誠度。本研究建議護理之家提升照護人員與住民互動的品質,並且提供多元的復健育樂活動,以提升住民忠誠度。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to understand residents’ evaluation of nursing care quality and examine the relationship between satisfaction with nursing care quality and loyalty. Data was collected from 481 residents of 46 nursing homes in Taiwan. Structural questionnaire was made of resident information, satisfaction with nursing care quality, and loyalty. The results showed that the highest mean level of subscale of nursing care quality satisfaction was “living conditions whereas the lowest mean level was “influence.” The results of regression analysis also showed that each dimension of nursing care quality satisfaction had positive effect on loyalty. These findings suggest nursing homes to improve the interaction between the nursing staff and residents
and provide more rehabilitation to increase resident loyalty.
