印刷是長久以來資訊與知識的傳達方式,由概念的產生到印刷成品送到閱讀者的過程,期間所有的工序繁複,以往許多的資訊需要被重複確認定義才能完成,費時費力,而過程中各個生產部門完全以口頭溝通或紙筆工單敘述來傳遞訊息,口誤或表達不明而產生誤解時有所聞,往往也造成莫大的損失,由於傳統類比操作,人為因素使得品質與產能無法突破也無法穩定,這些是傳統產業的共同問題,在工業發展講求數據化、自動化、高效率、節省人力、物力、縮短工序的時代,印刷工業也是一樣,從DTP的崛起,CTF/CTP的加入,PDF格式普及與CIP3/PPF的推廣,可看見近期的印刷工業的演進,其中受影響改變最大的就是印前的作業,幾乎每次都是所有設備和技術完全改革。繼PDF之後,目前印前面臨的課題則是CIP4/JDF及對MIS、ERP的應用。本研究定義之JDF Workflow意指經CIP4機構所認定可支援JDF之工作流程,印刷流程中,JDF的資訊取得仍是以印前為主,JDF Workflow的操作及建構也多在印前執行,希望藉由產業界的角度,來探討JDF Workflow對台灣印前作業的實際影響,目前的現況與所面臨的阻礙,另一方面透過相關資料,盼能提供國內業者建議,進而能夠充分利用JDF Workflow來增進自動化,提高效率或做未來對應POD的準備。 在JDF問世近十年來,除了PPF控墨數據的使用已被廣泛接受之外,透過
廠商所提供的JDFworkflow,只有能達到片段的JDF作業,真正完整的JDF流程是要配合MIS或是ERP系統整合生產管理及企業資源配合,即使只是印前單位也不可忽略這點,印刷業目前繼續觀望JDF的後續發展—各大廠家是否真正能做到開放,訂定完全相通的JDF項目定義,介面及設備價格合理化,如果答案是肯定的,JDF建立的初衷,是有希望達成的,甚至做到只要能完稿就能印刷的未來可能,印前工作者也要有所體認與因應,才不會在印刷進步的潮流中被淘汰。

英文摘要

Printing is the way that convey the information and knowledge form long history. From the ideal concept through the printing production to end user, The processing of procedure was very complicated. In the pass, many information have to be confirmed and re-confirmed before it was be sent to production. this method was very waste time and manpower. During those complicate processing, each different manufacture production department have to communication by talking or using paper note. Thus, it could cause the misunderstanding or the incorrect information that leading the unnecessary cost. According to statistics, human-made mistake always effect the stabilization of quality and productivity. Those common's problem always had happened in traditional printing industry. Through industry development, it's must be statistic, automatic, affection, inexpensive and less manpower. No doubt, printing industry had been walked on the same track. Beginning with DTP, CTF and CTP had been joined later. PDF format had became common and CIP3/PPF also become popularize. Perceivably, people can see the printing industry had been developed very much. The procedure of prepress was the one which had been effected seriously. Every evolution had came, both of equipment and technology have to be renewed. After the PDF format had become common, The most important issue are the implementation of CIP4/JDF, the application of MIS and execution of ERP. This research is mainly defining the JDF A Study of Leading in JDF Workflow for Prepress Operation Performance workflow. It must support the procedure of JDF work processing that can be established the identity by CIP4 Association. At moment, the information of printing processing is still depended from Prepress. The operation and construction of JDF flow mostly had been done before the prepress had completed the execution. By the view of reality in the printing industry, The discussion of JDF Workflow truly affection In Taiwan should be explored. Today's situation and obstruction, it's possible fully implement the JDF Workflow in order to be automatically by using the reliable information and people's suggestion will raise the efficiency or does corresponds POD in the future. After JDF been published for the past ten years, ink zone control data besides PPF the use already by widespread acceptance, Now only then can achieve the fragment JDF work by the device venders, the true complete JDF flow is needs to coordinate MIS or the ERP system, even if is only prepress department may not neglect this, the printing industry continues to wait and see JDF at present following development-each vender whether can achieve the opening truly, schedules JDF project definition which is interlinked completely, interface and equipment price rationalization, if all of the answer are affirmative, the JDF establishment's original intention, is achieves hopefully, even achieves, so long as can complete draft which can control print the future will be possible, the prepress workers must have realize with in accordance to, only will then not be eliminated in the printing progressive tidal current.
