本研究旨在探討在網際網路傳播科技的迅速進步,印刷作業流程也逐漸朝向數位化、網路化、遠程化發展,印刷中小企業者應導入何種企業e化項目,以滿足顧客之需求,創造利潤,開拓企業成功之契機。由企業導入電子化的調查顯示,電子化普及程度以北部中小企業居多(佔60%),且企業內部資訊系統普遍已具備基礎設施,在企業資訊應用系統中以電子商務的需求佔最大比重(佔62.5%),其次才是企業資源規劃(佔50%)及供應鏈管理(佔55%),部分廠商認為同時導入電子商務及顧客關係管理或供應鏈管理方案。如此,印刷企業將可由單純製造業轉型為能提供多元、整合服務或one-stop service的製造服務業。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is mainly to investigate what kind of computer software is best suitable for small and middle sized printing enterprises in order to fulfill their needs of creating profit, and opening up their success under the rapid progress of internet communication technology. And while the printing process has gradually developed toward digitalization, cyberization, and long distance. From the investigation, the computer popularization in the enterprise information application system for the small and medium-sized enterprises is mainly (account for 60%) in the northern areas, the most of them are primary equipment. The electronic business accounts are the maximum proportion (62.5%), the next are the enterprise resources program (50%) and supply chain management (55%). Some printers think if leading-in electronic business and customer relationship management or supply chain management simultaneously. By doing so, the printing enterprises then can transfer to multiple, integrate service or one-stop service manufacturer service business.
