-70dBm~-7dBm的接收強度下,均可保持在30dB以上,有效確保訊號之穩定接收。在連續接收模式下,整體功耗僅114毫瓦,供應電壓為1.2伏特。此調諧器可支援UHF及L-頻帶,晶片面積為7.2平方毫米。
This article introduces a fully integrated direct-conversion tuner in 0.13um CMOS technology. A broadband noise-canceling balun LNA with the proposed dual cross-coupling technique helps achieve an overall receiver noise figure from 3.7 to 4.3 dB. The proposed current-mode switching scheme improves the achievable SNIR. The measured maximum SNR value is better than 30 dB over wide input power levels, ensuring robust reception in a mobile environment. The tuner consumes 114 mW in the continuous mode from a supply of 1.2V. This compact tuner supports both UHF and L-bands, and the chip size is only 7.2mm2.
