本研究目的在於暸解學校專任運動教練工作績妓並提供教練回饋與給予相關單位參考。研究對象鳥一足球專任運動教練,透過實際參與觀察工作、唔談、相關資料收集等研究策略,獲得資料。佐以Maclean& Chelladurai ·於1995年提出的評量工作績妓標準(The Dimensions of Coaching Performance) 內容,作為是否達成之陳述依據。整體而言,根據工作績效標準評量結果,工作績妓良好,且獲肯定。惟在學術演講、'A'章發表欠缺,招募新選手、收集敵情需更積極,在行政工作上,艾文簽辦能力需加強。
Thepurpose of this study were to understand the Job performance of a school sport coach and to give feedback to him and the institution concerned for their reference. The subject of this study is a full-time soccer sport coach. Through such approaches as observations of his field work, interviews, data collection, etc., the job performance of the coach is presented according to the Dimensions of Coaching Performance.(Maclean & αlelladurai, 1995) Theresults found in this study were listed as follow. According to Maclean& Chelladurai's evaluation criteria, the coach performance rather well in general, only that he lacks experience in speraking engagements and writtings for publication; his attitude in making recruiting contacts and scouting oponents should be strengthened, and his ability in handing paperwork should be enhanced.
